Are your creit agreements unenforceable??

There is currently a lot of hype in the media, about people 'writting off' loans and credit cards. I will say one thing, if you want to consider this option to reduce your credit, please go directly to a solicitor, as some of the claims management companies charge very large fees, simply to pass on your details to a solicitor.

Here a Goddard Smith Solicitors we have a lot of experience in dealing with these cases. We offer a strong team of litigators, who specialise only in dealing unenforceable credit card agreements and unenforceable loan agreements. If we think that you can write off the agreement, we will pursue the claim on a 'no win no fee' basis.

This means that if we prove that you loan or credit card agreement is unenforceable, and so can effectively be written off, we get our fee from the lender. If we are not sucessfull in proving the agreement is unenforceable, we will write off our own fees.

If your loan is for less than £25,000 and it was taken out before the 6th April 2007 you may be able to have the whole amount written off.
